Your role:

You will be part of a growing cross-functional team within Life Science focusing on novel digital products, revolutionizing the way analytical chemistry is done. We are developing a breakthrough digital innovation that will disrupt parts of our business, and our industry. Your role will be to recruit and fully onboard customers to join us on this revolutionary journey. We are looking for people who are pioneers, change makers and relish a challenge. Next to proactively engaging customer you will work collaboratively with our organization's sales force to identify customer, support, accomplish sales and grow this novel business. As a primary contact you will drive the strong client's digital solution adoption and maximizing customer satisfaction, growth, and retention. This requires a deep understanding of each customer's use cases and desired outcomes. As this new solution is still strongly linked to development, you will also play a crucial role as the voice of the customer internally, by bringing back feedback from the field to the development teams and providing guidance throughout the whole customer life cycle as a trusted advisor and coach.

Who you are:

  • B.A. / B.Sc. (or higher) in business, economics, marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales focused client-facing role, preferably selling to customers within digital solutions
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the Life Science & Digital area and ability to build and maintain an ecosystem of partners
  • Experience in account management techniques and (digital) sales channel management
  • Business-fluent English skills, German skills preferred
  • Proficient use of MS software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of basic and trending digital communication channels to engage with customers remotely
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization as well as interpreting KPIs
  • Knowledge of digital sales channel and related marketing tools
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, agile and fast-paced team

Location: The position can be remote in any region in the United States or Europe or based in Darmstadt, Germany office.
